संवैधानिक विचारधारा को पूर्णतः समर्पित-“न्यू प्रबुद्ध भारत कैलेण्डर“

आज से लगभग ढाई हजार वर्ष पूर्व तथागत गौतम बुद्ध ने समाज में व्याप्त वर्ण व्यवस्था, ईश्वरवाद, आत्मवाद, भाग्यवाद, पुनर्जन्म और अंधविश्वासों के सहारे लोगों को मानसिक गुलाम बना कर किए जा रहे शोषण, अत्याचार और भेदभाव के खिलाफ आंदोलन चलाया और सभी के लिए समता, स्वतन्त्रता, बंधुता और न्याय का मार्ग प्रशस्त किया और लगभग 1200 वर्ष तक बृहद भारत पर सत्य अहिंसा के पुजारी बुद्ध के अनुयायिओं का शासन रहा । इसी कालावधि में भारत को विश्वगुरु होने का गौरव प्राप्त हुआ और वह धांधन्य से परिपूर्ण सोने की चिड़िया बना । लेकिन उसके बाद अंतिम मौर्य सम्राट बृहद्रथ की हत्या के बाद जो हुआ वह किसी से छिपा नहीं है । शूद्रों के उद्धार और मार्ग दर्शन हेतु समय-समय पर बहुजन महापुरुष अवतरित हुए हैं जो अत्याचार के खिलाफ आंदोलन चलाते रहे लेकिन सवर्ण मानसिकता के लोग उनकी क्रांति को निष्प्रभावी करते रहे । इसका मुख्य कारण बहुजनों को शिक्षा और संपत्ति के अधिकार से वंचित रखना था । आपसी मतभेद के कारण देश अनेक छोटे-छोटे राज्यों में विभाजित हुआ और उसकी शक्ति क्षीण होती गई जिसके फलस्वरूप विदेशी आतताईयों के आक्रमण होने शुरू हो गए और कालांतर में भारत गुलामी की जंजीरों में जकड़ गया । लंबी गुलामी के बाद बीसवीं सदी के मध्य में भारत आजाद हुआ तब ज्ञानपुंज बोधिसत्य बाबा साहब डॉ अंबेडकर ने भारत को न्याय, स्वतंत्रता, समता और बंधुता पर आधारित एक सम्पूर्ण, प्रभुत्व संपन्न समाजवादी पंथनिरपेक्ष लोकतांत्रिक गणराज्य बनाया और उन सभी कशाकथित ईश्वरीकृत अभिलेखों को निष्प्रभावी किया जिनकी आढ़ में सदियों से शूद्रों को शिक्षा और सपत्ति से बंचित रख कर मानसिक गुलाम बना लिया था और हजारों साल से उनका अनवरत शारीरिक और मानसिक शोषण हो रहा था ।  

इतिहासकारों का बहुजन नायकों के साथ अन्याय. पूर्वग्रह से ग्रसित सवर्ण इतिहासकारों ने बहुजन नायकों के साथ अन्याय किया है।  वे उनके संघर्ष और उनकी विचारधारा को इतिहास के पन्नों से गायब करते रहे हैं। इसका मुख्य कारण था 15% सवर्णों द्वारा 85% बहुजनों को शिक्षा से वंचित कर मानसिक गुलाम बना लेना ।  भारत की आजादी के बाद बाबा साहेब के संविधान ने शूद्रों की दशा और दिशा ही बदल दी । आज के शूद्र ने अपनी अस्मिता को पहचाना है, वह एक शिक्षित, जागरूक, साधन संपन्न, आत्मनिर्भर और स्वाभिमानी है। अतः उसने सभी क्षेत्रों में महारथ हासिल की है और वह शीर्षस्थ स्थान पर पहुंचने में कामयाब हुआ है ।  लेकिन यह बात विचारणीय है कि यह बदलाव केवल शहरों और विकसित क्षेत्रों के चंद लोगों तक ही सीमित रहा और शिक्षा के अभाव दूर दराज के क्षेत्र इस विकास से अछूते ही रहे क्योंकि गरीबी और कुपोषण के कारण उन्हें शिक्षा क्रांति का समुचित लाभ नहीं मिला । साथ ही उन्हें बहुजनों के गौरवशाली इतिहास और बहुजन नायकों के संघर्ष, त्याग और अथक प्रयासों के बारे में नहीं बताया गया जो शिक्षित पीढ़ी की जिम्मेदारी थी ।

सहयोग राशि लेखा संचालन अवधि 14 अप्रैल से 06 दिसम्बर. विगत वर्षों में न्यू प्रबुद्ध भारत कैलेण्डर के प्रकाशन एवं नि:शुल्क वितरण के पश्चात भी अनेक प्रबुद्ध साथियों द्वारा ई-मेल, फेसबुक, ट्विटर, व्हाटसअप और फोन के माध्यम से सहयोग लिए जाने का अनुरोध किया जाता रहा है । इस संबंध में स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि प्रतिवर्ष कलेंडर के मूद्रण के बाद उस वर्ष का लेखा बंद कर दिया जाता है । जिसके बाद न तो कोई सहयोग राशि स्वीकार की जाती है और न पुनः मुद्रण होता है । यह अकाउंट बोधिसत्व बाबा साहेब डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर के जन्म दिवस 14 अप्रैल को खुलता है और उनके परिणिर्वाण दिवस 06 दिसंबर को बंद हो जाता है। अकाउंट संचालन की सूचना और अकाउंट संख्या आदि का विवरण उचित सामाजिक माध्यमों द्वारा उचित समय पर दिया जाता है । सभी साथियों से अनुरोध किया जाता है कि आने वाले वर्ष में संपादक महोदय द्वारा सहयोग की अपील के बाद ही जो 14 अप्रैल के आसपास की जाएगी अपनी सहयोग राशि वांछित अकाउंट में जमा करें, सहयोग राशि का स्क्रीन शॉट, अपना नाम, पता, मोबाइल नंबर सहित शेयर करें और अपने न्यू प्रबुद्ध भारत कैलेण्डर की प्रतियां सुनिश्चित करें ।

बहुजन विचारधारा के अन्य कलेंडरों संबंध में. न्यू प्रबुद्ध भारत कैलेण्डर का संपादन और मुद्रण अशोक बौद्ध जी, झांसी के संरक्षण में होता आया है । समाज में निरंतर छापे जा रहे बहुजन विचारधारा के अन्य कैलेण्डरों में बाधक न बनने के संबंध में जब अशोक बौद्ध जी से बात की जाती है, तो उनका उत्तर लाजवाब होता है, जो हर किसी को अनुत्तरित कर जाता है । उनका कहना है कि-“हम चाहते हैं कि इसी नाम से या अन्य किसी नाम से बहुजन विचारधारा के ऐसे कैलेण्डर किसी एक संगठन या व्यक्ति या स्थान विशेष से ही न छपकर जब भारत के प्रत्येक गांव, जिला, प्रदेश में छपने लगेंगे, तभी हम भारत के लोगों तक संवैधानिक विचारधारा को इस कैलेण्डर के माध्यम से घर-घर पहुंचा सकेंगे, अन्यथा यह सब संवैधानिक विचारधारा का प्रचार-प्रसार न होकर किसी एक जिले में किसी एक व्यक्ति या संस्थान विशेष के प्रचार मात्र का शुल्क सहित माध्यम बनकर रह जाएगा और उसकी उपलब्धता भी सीमित क्षेत्र तक ही रहेगी।”

Completely dedicated to constitutional ideology – “New Prabuddh Bharat Calendar”
About two and a half thousand years ago, Tathagat Gautam Buddha launched a movement against the exploitation, oppression and discrimination being done by making people mental slaves with the help of caste system, theism, animism, fatalism, reincarnation and superstitions prevailing in the society and for all. Paved the path of equality, freedom, fraternity and justice and for about 1200 years, greater India was ruled by the followers of Buddha, the priest of true non-violence. After long slavery, when India became independent in the middle of the twentieth century, then the enlightened Bodhisatya Baba Saheb Dr. Ambedkar made India a complete, sovereign socialist secular democratic republic based on justice, freedom, equality and fraternity and neutralized all those so-called theocratic records. Under whose guise, Shudras were made mental slaves by depriving them of education and property for centuries and they were being continuously physically and mentally exploited for thousands of years.

Historians’ injustice to Bahujan heroes. Prejudiced upper caste historians have done injustice to Bahujan heroes. They have been making their struggle and their ideology disappear from the pages of history. The main reason for this was that 15% of the upper castes had deprived 85% of the Bahujans of education and made them mental slaves. After India’s independence, Baba Saheb’s constitution changed the condition and direction of Shudras. Today’s Shudra has recognized his identity, he is educated, aware, resourceful, self-reliant and self-respecting. Therefore, he has achieved mastery in all fields and has succeeded in reaching the top position. But it is worth considering that this change was limited only to a few people in cities and developed areas and the remote areas lacking education remained untouched by this development because due to poverty and malnutrition they did not get the proper benefit of the education revolution. Also they were not told about the glorious history of Bahujans and the struggle, sacrifice and tireless efforts of Bahujan heroes which was the responsibility of the educated generation.

Regarding other calendars of Bahujan ideology. The editing and printing of New Prabuddh Bharat Calendar is being done under the patronage of Ashok Buddhist Ji, Jhansi.
